NMR 500MHz AVANCE III
Nuclear magnetic Resonance (NMR) laboratory is equipped with a 500 MHz spectrometer with z-gradient for gradient-enhanced and variable temperature experiments, a simultaneously tuned to 1H/19F BBI probe for routine work, along with a triple resonance 1H/13C/31P High Resolution MAS (HRMAS) probe for applications in biology or combinatorial chemistry.
The minispec is a Time-Domain NMR spectrometer working at clinical MRI field (1.5 Teslas) specially designed to study MRI Contrast Agents. The effectiveness of a potential contrast agent is assessed by NMR (nuclear magnetic resonance) relaxation studies, particularly NMR spin-lattice and spin-spin relaxation times (T1 and T2)
