Single Molecule Array platform

Quanterix SIMOA HD-1

Our HD-1 analyzer is a fully automated instrument for running immunoassays using single molecule array technology (SIMOA), a digital form of ELISA, trapping and sealing individual immunocomplexes on paramagnetic beads in thousands of femtoliter sized wells in arrays found on the SIMOA discs. By leveraging the digital detection format, this technology enables to precisely measure protein biomarkers with substantially higher sensitivity allowing the application of precision science to precision health.

Achucarro's Bio-Rad NGC Medium-Pressure Liquid Cromatography system

Our Proteomics Unit is equipped with a BIO-RAD Quest 10 Chromatography system that allows easy, automated and all-purpose purification of proteins and biomolecules. It has automated 10 ml/min pumps that provide accurate gradients for high-resolution separation of proteins and biomolecules. It also has a wavelength detector with monitoring for high accuracy detection of proteins combined with conductivity measurements. Besides It supports automated sample injection using dedicated loops, fractionated samples can be collected using its specific fraction collector.
