Glycotechnology Lab Research groups

The Glycotechnology Laboratory is carries out projects in basic and applied glycoscience, the science and technology of carbohydrates with a large untapped potential to provide innovative solutions to important social challenges such as personalized medicine, pharmaceutical products, food and biomaterials.

The Glycotechnology Laboratory applies carbohydrate synthesis, materials science and molecular biology to the design of tools, probes and devices to elucidate the role and exploit the potential of sugars for cancer immune therapy, as biomarkers and biomaterials for biomedical applications.
